What We're Looking For

An empathetic and creative thinker, scrappy operator, and strategic marketer who can lead a cross-functional team to optimize the Novi customer experience. This role will be responsible for creating the strategy to activate and onboard values-based CPG brands on the Novi platform. You’ll build a cross-functional culture of customer excellence and set the operating rhythm for the customer experience at Novi.

As your first order of business, you’ll work with the Novi leadership team and colleagues across marketing, sales, customer success, product, and operations to develop and execute a holistic brand activation playbook. You’ll architect the customer journey to sign up, submit documentation, earn certifications and badges, and optimize their product marketing efforts to appeal to conscious consumers. Your playbook will drive customer activation, adoption, delight, and product utilization. You’ll utilize one-to-many and one-to-one motions and tactics to drive repeatable outcomes that scale. You’ll build the materials, automations, and marketing channels needed to execute on the playbook. Through iterative testing, evaluation, and customer feedback loops, you’ll identify opportunities to add to and improve on the playbook until it meets Novi’s activation goals.
