What We're Looking For:

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to build trusted relationships and drive new business with retailers that are building values-based shopping programs as a lever to drive more engagement and sales from their end consumers.  Reporting directly to our Head of Sales, you’ll lead our efforts to initiate and secure partnerships with marquee retailers. Your goal will be to accelerate our playbook for acquiring more high-quality retailers and structuring partnerships that are conducive to securing maximum brand participation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a mix of sales and partnerships experience at industry-leading Enterprise accounts and thrives in early-stage still-building-the-playbook environments. You’ve got seasoned Enterprise sales chops that allow you to credibly and effectively engage senior execs at multi-billion dollar retailer companies adopting new technologies. You’re energized by your external work with potential partners — and then just as energized to bring your learnings and customer feedback to your team within Novi’s virtual walls to build the next iteration of the product. You feel comfortable with navigating sales cycles in a fast paced, ever changing environment and can effectively manage your pipeline and forecast to in a way thats suitable to report up to a CEO and board.
