What We're Looking For
As we expand our reach and impact, we’re looking for a highly motivated and energetic Brand Sales Account Executive to accelerate our brand acquisition engine. This role is designed for a go-getter who thrives in a high-velocity sales environment, is comfortable managing dozens of opportunities simultaneously, and is passionate about helping brands unlock the value of sustainability at scale.
The Brand Sales AE will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new brand partnerships, while effectively communicating Novi’s mission and the value our platform brings. This is a front-line sales role that blends high activity with high purpose—helping shape the future of conscious commerce.
In This Role, You Will
Own the full sales cycle for new brand partnerships—from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiating, and closing.
Drive high-volume outreach via email, phone, video, and social channels to generate and convert new opportunities.
Deliver compelling product demos and articulate the business value of joining the Novi platform.
Collaborate closely with our marketing team to turn inbound interest into qualified opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale and share insights from the field.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM to track sales activities, pipeline health, and performance.
Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
