Overview

This document will serve as a reference guide to help you navigate the Public Chemical Policy Dashboard on Novi. The dashboard is designed to track and report Sephora’s progress across three key areas:

  1. Reducing high-priority chemicals.

  2. Replacing high-priority chemicals with safer alternatives.

  3. Ensuring that 100% of formulated products have all intentionally added ingredients listed on Sephora’s website.

Novi processes data from Sephora North America and analyzes it against three high-priority chemical lists and a list of clean brands provided on September 10, 2024. The dashboard refreshes daily to reflect the most up-to-date data.
